I have always wanted to make a New Years resolution and actually go through with it for once. This year I made my resolution to join a gym. I had never belonged to a gym before so I really wasn’t sure how I was going to determine which one was the best fit for me. Will Zumba Help Me Lose My Pooch?

Zumba seems to have taken the health and fitness industry by storm with classes being run in gyms, village halls and even out doors. As a calorie burning exercise it’s fantastic and is a great addition to any ones exercise regime.

It misses a strength training component so it shouldn’t be the only type of exercise session you do in a week and as experience has shown should probably be avoided if you have any structural problems particularly in your back.

As a Pilates Instructor I’m seeing a lot of people who have made there existing back problems much worse by doing Zumba as it’s speed and hip shaking moves although great for the average person is definitely contra indicated if you have a bad back.

So although it is a great Stomach Exercise and will help you lose your pooch common sense should be used before attempting this fast tempo exercise routine.

It was getting so bad at one point, that I had a really hard time even walking up the stairs while carrying a few bags of groceries in my arms. I Love My Pilates Power Gym

I have never been happier to buy anything than when I bought my Pilates Power Gym. It has become a major part of my family’s every day routine to often take turns using this machine. I am quite happy to share it with my younger siblings. Even my mother and father seem to always find the time to stretch their limbs on the machine once in a while. It’s easy to just store it in anyplace in the house. Plus it’s quite durable and can even support a lot of weight. It’s great for the whole family. Let's All Zumba

I love to dance and so do most of my girlfriends. A bunch of us will usually go out clubbing on the weekends just so we can dance. When we heard that we could do a new dance fitness called Zumba, we got pretty excited. Most of us belonged to the same local gym and it was a bit boring since there was not a lot of variety.
